At what time can I enter the house or apartment?

The time of entry will be at 3:00 p.m. and the departure time at 12:00 hours. This schedule can be modified, upon request by the client and if the arrival of new clients allows it.

If it had been allowed to leave after lunch, the departure would have to be made before 5:00 p.m. From this time and until 9:00 p.m., a bonus of 50 euros would be paid for increased expenses of the cleaning staff to clean at night.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

If the cancellation or change of dates of the reservation is made 10 or more days before the date of entry, in all cases we will proceed to the refund of 100% of the amount delivered except bank charges (if any) associated with the management of the return of the reservation.

Cancellation made by the user within 10 days prior to the arrival date gives rise to the following penalties: 50% will be returned if the client gives notice between 7 and 10 days in advance. Nothing will be returned if the client gives less than 7 days notice. The cancellation will be understood from the day an e-mail is sent confirming the cancellation.

It is at the owner's discretion to refund the amount of the reservation, for cases in which the CLIENT refers to causes of force majeure and the notice occurs less than 10 days in advance as a general rule, and 10 days in advance only for reservations made by travel agencies for tourism products organized by them, which include excursions in addition to accommodation.

In cases in which the amount of the reservation is not returned, it remains in deposit for one year and the CUSTOMER is offered the rent for a whole year from the date for which the reservation was made, making use of the deposit already delivered. If after a year, the CLIENT has not used the deposit, he will lose it definitively.

How do I receive my reservation confirmation?

Within a maximum period of 48 hours after making the payment and deposit of the reservation, we will contact you to confirm the reservation and inform you of the means to make the remaining part of the payment.

Is there an option to store luggage before or after check-in / out?

At Cal Milio we cannot be held responsible for luggage.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in Cal Milio.

Are cots available?

At Cal Milio we have 2 cots, one per apartment. Prior request must be made to the email reservas@calmilio.cat

Can parties be held?

It is totally forbidden to hold parties in Cal Milio.

Is there parking?

Currently the parking of the house is not enabled. You will have no problem finding parking on the house's own street.
