1 – INFORMATION AND RESERVATIONS
The CUSTOMER can request information by phone, email and direct message on the social network Whatsapp. The information will be provided by the same channel. Availability, features, offer price and any other issues required by the CUSTOMER will be reported.
Reservations will be made on the website www.calmilio.cat and / or by e-mail at the address: reserves @ calmilio.cat. The CUSTOMER must indicate: day of entry, day of departure, price offered to him and his complete identification data. From the RURAL HOUSE we will send you a confirmation message that the accommodation is available during the dates you have requested. To complete the reservation, the CUSTOMER must make a bank deposit in advance within 24 hours of the CUSTOMER receiving the confirmation of availability (see next point). Upon receipt of your deposit, the OWNER will contact the CUSTOMER to confirm that the reservation is in order and to specify all the details for the reception.
In the case of reservation requests received by TRAVEL AGENCIES, the reservation will meet in all conditions the private agreements established and signed by both parties, always in accordance with the Law and the usual practice of reservations in the sector. of rural tourism.
2 – RECEPTION
As the owner of rural houses, we are obliged to collect the identification data of ALL the people who stay in the rural house and make the relevant communication to the Mossos d’Esquadra. The obligatory data that must be provided by ALL the people who stay in the accommodation CAL MILIO 1 and CAL MILIO 2 are: Full name and Surname, DNI or passport, as well as the complete address, telephone number and e-mail of the person responsible for the reservation.
The CUSTOMER is recommended to have the documentation on hand at the time of reception to expedite the delivery of keys and the enjoyment of the contracted accommodation.
3 – PAYMENT
The rental reservation of the RURAL HOUSE will be confirmed when the CUSTOMER has made the advance deposit as a deposit. The amount of the deposit may be up to approximately 30% of the total amount to be paid for the rent. In any case, CASA RURAL will determine the exact amount to be paid as a deposit and will communicate it to the CUSTOMER in the email of the confirmation of availability. This deposit can be made by bank transfer or on the same website www.calmilio.cat
Upon receipt of confirmation of payment by the CUSTOMER, he will receive our booking confirmation, in writing via e-mail. In the event that we have not received the advance deposit within the established period of 24 hours from our sending of the confirmation email of availability, the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice to the CUSTOMER and the cottage will pass again to be free for your reservation by anyone.
The full amount of the stay (excluding the advance deposit for deposit) can be paid in cash, or by bank transfer. If the CUSTOMER wishes to pay in cash, it will be paid on the day of arrival, at the time of delivery of keys and after having visited and given the go-ahead to the house. In the event that the CUSTOMER chooses the payment by bank transfer, he must make it at least 5 days before the date of arrival in order to ensure that we have received the payment before arriving at the cottage. ).
In the case of reservations and payments managed through TRAVEL AGENCY, the CUSTOMER must deposit the DEPOSIT in cash before the delivery of keys. The amount of this guarantee shall be governed by the same general criteria set out in paragraph 1 of this point 3.
Exclusively in those cases of tourist products contracted by TRAVEL AGENCIES that include excursions for CUSTOMERS, the OWNER may decide not to ask for the DEPOSIT. The decision not to request the deposit will be exclusively of the OWNER.

MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay is two nights.
4 – CONSERVATION OF THE HOUSE AND DEPOSIT
The CUSTOMER receives the home in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order, and is obliged to take care of it, the terraces with their furniture, and barbecue, correctly. If the CUSTOMER observes any defect or anomaly, he must communicate it at the time of his observation at the time of delivery of keys.
The CUSTOMER must leave and return the cottage in acceptable conditions of cleanliness and with all the furniture and utensils in the same condition as they were at the entrance to it. Please express me

At the end of their stay, the OWNER will check the property and utensils of the house, as well as its cleanliness and order, in the presence of guests.
The deposit made in advance by the CUSTOMER to make the reservation is considered a deposit to ensure the repair of possible damage, and will be returned at the end of your stay if at the time of returning the keys the house is in the same state in which it was delivered.
If the home suffers any damage by the CUSTOMER, this damage will be repaired or the amount of the repair will be paid by the CUSTOMER. In this case, the part necessary to cover the costs of repairing or replacing items that allow the rural house to return to its original state will be deducted from the deposit.
If the cost of repairing or replacing these objects is higher than the deposit, the Deposit will not be returned and the payment of the damages will be left pending, until the evaluation of these is obtained, being settled later.
5 – GROUPS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
Groups for bachelor parties, groups of adults under the age of 30 and other events such as weddings, communions, etc., must consult the rental conditions before booking, either by phone or email.
6 – RULES OF USE AND COEXISTENCE
The CUSTOMER undertakes to act with the utmost civility, respecting the environment, calm, nature, cleanliness and order of the home.
The CUSTOMER and all people staying at Cal Milio1 and Cal Milio 2 are subject to compliance with the rules of coexistence that govern the municipality of Maials.
In addition other norms of use and coexistence settle down:
1st Respect, at all times, for calm and rest, as well as living with other people who may be staying in the other house, as well as in the environment. For this reason, parties are not allowed.
2nd The CUSTOMER must be diligent and careful in the consumption of electricity, heating, water, as well as the security of the building and homes. In this sense, the CUSTOMER must try to leave the front door and windows tightly closed, especially when leaving, as they would in their own home.
3rd The CUSTOMER must respect the furniture and facilities of the home. We like that all our guests, like you, find maximum comfort and cleanliness.
4th Due to the location of the property (in the center of the municipality) the use of any kind of pyrotechnic material (firecrackers, flares, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
5th In the face of evidence of VANDALISM, NOISE, NOISE, FOUNDED COMPLAINTS OF NEIGHBORS or IMPROUDENT USE of the home and its utensils, landlords reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time, and tenants must leave the property immediately.
7th The OWNER reserves the right not to accept or cancel stays that do not comply with the rules of coexistence, at any time and without the possibility of reimbursement.
8th The OWNER is not responsible for personal belongings deposited in the home by CUSTOMERS, as well as for objects that may have been forgotten.
7 – CHARACTERISTICS AND CAPACITY OF RURAL HOUSES
The building has two floors and a common area, with a games room and a reading room, which can be used indiscriminately.
The surface of each plant is approximately 100 square meters.
Cal Milio 1:
– Capacity: 4 places + 1 cot.
– Area: approximately 120 square meters.
– Location: First floor.
Cal Milio 2:
– Capacity: 5 places + 1 cot.
– Area: approximately 100 squares.
– Location: Second floor.
The two rural accommodation are within the same building, so a single CUSTOMER can rent both Rural Houses, which add up to a total of 9 places plus 2 cots, which can only be occupied with the number of people indicated in the reservation (both adults and children). In no case can this figure be exceeded. Due to current regulations, visits to strangers, not registered, in the Rural House are not allowed.
In the event that the number of occupants of the rented house is greater than the number indicated in the contract and declared in the entry document and, consequently, of the registration forms that are delivered to the Mossos d’Esquadra , the OWNER reserves the right of admission and will inform the Mossos dÈsquadra, exempting himself from any incident that may occur in the rural house, arising from overcrowding.
Due to the fact of renting the two accommodations together, it does not entitle the CUSTOMER to use one of them for 9 places. That is, each house is provided with facilities, spaces and furniture in accordance with the capacity with which it has been rented. Any misuse of any of the cottages will not give rise to any claim by the CUSTOMER. On the contrary, before which
In the event of a breakdown caused by improper use of the CUSTOMER, the CUSTOMER assumes responsibility and must pay the full cost of the repair that may be necessary.
8 – OTHER SERVICES OF Cal Milio 1 and Cal Milio 2
8.1 Barbecue
At Casa Rural Cal Milio 1 you will find barbecue facilities. The price includes the provision of charcoal for use in this barbecue at no additional cost. If the CUSTOMER needs more coal, it is up to him to purchase it.
8.2. Reading Room
The rural house has a reading room where the CUSTOMER can use the books in the library outside the closed windows.
8.3 Games Room
A number of home-owned Board Games will be available that can be used at no additional cost.
9 – ENTRY AND DEPARTURE HOURS
The entrance to the rural houses will be from 14 hours of the first contracted day and the exit until 12 hours of the last contracted day.
If the CUSTOMER wishes, the OWNER can prepare the entrance to the rented rural house from 12 hours (whenever possible) of the first contracted day and the exit until 17 hours of the last contracted day. To obtain this extension of hours, the CUSTOMER must communicate it expressly, sufficiently in advance and in writing by e-mail when making the reservation. If not previously communicated, the OWNER has no obligation to respond to this request of the CUSTOMER.
10 – ADMISSION OF ANIMALS
No pets are allowed. The owner reserves the right to make an exception for its acceptance only and exclusively under its free decision – according to criteria of cleaning and conservation of furniture and utensils -, upon request by the CUSTOMER, in writing and in detail, of the animal in question.
11 – RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
If the cancellation or change of dates of the reservation is made 10 or more days before the date of entry, in all cases will be refunded 100% of the amount delivered except bank charges ( if any) associated with the management of the booking refund.
Cancellations made by the user within 10 days prior to the arrival date give rise to the following penalties: 50% will be refunded if the customer notifies 7 to 10 days in advance. Nothing will be returned if the customer notifies with less than 7 days. The cancellation will be understood from the day an e-mail is sent confirming the cancellation.
It is at the discretion of the owner to refund the amount of the reservation, for cases in which CLIENT alludes to causes of force majeure and the notice occurs less than 10 days in advance as a general rule, and 10 days in advance only for bookings made by travel agencies for tourist products organized by them, which include excursions in addition to accommodation.
In cases where the amount of the reservation is not returned, it remains in deposit for one year and the CLIENT is offered the rent for a full year from the date for which he made this reservation, use of the deposit already delivered. If after one year, the CUSTOMER has not used the deposit, he will lose it permanently.
